Wildlife Forensic Sciences: A Tool to Nature Conservation towards a One Health Approach

Wildlife forensics is a science field with remarkable potential to provide accurate information regarding nature conservation and One Health. crimes are now persistent target of public opinion the concern professionals, which constantly putting pressure on governmental non-governmental entities. Moreover, cross-species transmission pathogens becoming more frequent, endangering interconnected health humans, animals environment (One Health). This review intends briefly present illustrate wildlife forensic sciences not only in crime solving, but also species conservation. By allowing identification, recreating scene, considering their contribution diseases ecosystems’ surveillance, developing improving. A cooperative multidisciplinary approach (with inclusion sciences) necessary avoid crimes, disease outbreaks, environmental disasters promote sustainable healthy future for all living beings.
